All of our achievements of encouragement and guidance in the learning environment would not be possible without our dedicated Care Staff. With a wide range of skills and qualifications our Care Staff put 100% into their everyday roles & responsibilities.
Room Assistants
At entry level our assisting staff must have successfully gained or in the current process of obtaining a NVQ Level 3 qualification in childcare at the minimum. During their employment they undergo continuious training at Juniors as part of their learning and development plans.
Juniors Room Assistants demonstrate their affinity with children, knowledge of child protection, activity planning and the ability to make your child feel comfortable within our home.
Room Leaders
Our Room Leaders have a wealth of childcare experience and are educated to HND/Degree standards. At entry level, Juniors’ Room Leaders must display evidence of leadership, support skills and ability, in order to successfully lead a team whilst facilitating a safe, stimulating and comfortable learning environment for your child needs.
Art Coordinator
At Juniors we encourage as much creativity and talent as possible. From displays to activities to productions; all children actively take part with the special guidance and inspiration from our Art Coordinator Barry Mc Gowan.
