Day Care Manager

With over ten years experience in the caring and learning profession, Jill Dillon, Juniors Day Care Manager, is responsible for the overall running of the Day Care Facility. It is the Day Care Manager’s responsibility to ensure that your child’s time at Juniors’ is spent in a safe, secure, stimulating and most of all enjoyable environment.

During the planning stages of 'Our Day Care Venture' the Team wanted a unique design. Not only would Juniors' Staff provide an influence but also the resources,the atmosphere and surrounding environment would have a huge impact on a child’s perspective of the setting.

The Project Team took into consideration that children who attended full day care would require a change of scenery to maintain their interests,create learning opportunities and take part in an array of new activities indoors and out.


A setting built by the Children for the Children!

It was essential to know that the time spent in a care setting must promote a comfortable, happy, interactive provision. To be able to achieve this goal the Team collected valuable information provided by Children of all ages.
From Science enthusiasts to sporting fanatics to budding artists, Children's ideas and dreams were implemented into the building and decorating.

On September 6th 2008 the first Juniors Day Care was opened – a purpose built facility developed to accommodate the needs of children, and to provide an interactive environment that encourages learning and development for all age groups.

Juniors have the philosophy of providing parents with a high quality, value for money choice when it comes to childcare provision – a Day Care with a difference!
